Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. If your Super73 order has not shipped, and you wish to cancel, we can issue a 100% refund.
  2. If your order has shipped, you have 14 days after the delivery date to return the item. Your item must be unused, unpacked, and free from dirt, dust and in the same package and condition that you received it to be eligible for a return and 100% refund.
  3. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.
  4. We will not accept a return on used items unless it falls under our limited warranty.
  5. The buyer must pay for return shipping.
  6. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment, including possible shipping damages and lost shipments.
  7. Be sure to photograph and document the unopened or damaged packaging before returning any item; your CS Agent will need these photos for filing and case-building purposes.
  8. The customer must have written approval from a Super73 customer service representative before initiating a return.
  9. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance on all return shipments for loss or damages.
  10. Once delivered, a full inspection of the item must be done before we determine if an exchange, store credit, or a refund can be issued. 
  11. PRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All pre-orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are eligible for a 100% total refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to finish processing.

Repackaging a  bike for return:

If troubleshooting with our Technical Support Team has led to no avail, and you’re within your 14-Day Return window, your bike will be returned to our HQ in The Netherlands. 

Please follow the steps below:

- Confirm the pick-up address and your contact details.

- Repackage the bike back in its original box with its original protective gear.

- Submit photo proof of the unopened items to the Customer Service team.
