PROCEDURE: Performing a dry test

This test may be used in multiple scenarios to observe the behavior of your bike while pedaling, without actually riding it. This test can help us gain a clearer understanding of the situation.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Turn the bike ON ;
2. Shift the gear to the last position, which is the smallest cog on the gear cassette;
3. Select Pedal Assist level 4 on the display; 
4. Lift the rear wheel from the ground, using the bicycle kickstand for extra support if needed;
5. Pedal with your hands for at least 10 seconds and then let the wheel roll out;
6. Check if the LED on the cadence sensor turns on. (ZX & ZG only).

Performing this test with the assistance of a second person may make it easier. If you are recording a video of the dry test for our Customer Service Team, please ensure that it has a duration of at least 20 seconds.
