Is a Super73 e-bike eligible for VAT-exemption? Follow

If you would like to purchase a Super73 e-bike with VAT exemption, please reach out to the following email address: vat-request@super73.com, mentioning: a valid VAT number and the company name, full name, shipping, and billing address, item/s you would like to purchase (item, quantity, order).

Please address your request in English if your first language is different. Only requests related to VAT will be answered. For any other inquiries, our customer support team is more than happy to assist you at customercare-eu@super73.com. 

Existing orders cannot have VAT-Exemption applied retroactively. An unfulfilled order can be canceled and replaced with a new VAT-Exempt order, however, we must advise that canceling an existing order may result in extended order fulfillment wait times. Orders are shipped on a first-come-first-served basis. 

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any modifications to the specific order.
