Existing orders cannot have VAT-Exemption applied retroactively. An unfulfilled order can be canceled and replaced with a new VAT-Exempt order, however, we must advise that canceling an existing order may result in extended order fulfillment wait times. Orders are shipped on a first-come-first-served basis. 

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any modifications to the specific order. 

Please note: there is no possibility of tax exemption for customers with an NL VAT.
